The Patrick J. Ahern House

The Ahern house was designed in the Classical Revival style by the Burdsal Company based on a floor plan designed by Mr. and Mrs. Ahern. The first floor consists of a central hall, music room, parlor, library, dining room, kitchen, butler's pantry, and powder room. The second floor consists of four bed rooms, two baths, a nurse's room, and a sleeping porch.

T P Trail Head Park
Hwy 82 & Ellis St., New Boston | (903) 628-2581 T & P Pavilion is a 150' x 100' pavilion that is 44' tall, it is also where music concerts during Pioneer Days and other events are held.

T & P Midway, across from the Pavilion, has approximately 200' of asphalted drive with electrical boxes and lots of grassy area to hold other events. On the back side of the Pavilion is the T & P Gazebo that is outlined by an asphalt walk with beautiful Victorian lights, benches, and picnic tables.

  Tapp City Sports Center The Sports Center hosts many state baseball and softball tournaments. A very active youth sports association manages these facilities and approximately 1500 children are engaged in softball, baseball, soccer, basketball, and football on a year round basis.
